“It's a nice place to watch sunset. The staff is very friendly and nice. The pool is nice. You can walk on the beach but the water didn't feel clean for swimming ”

“This is a top notch property with a top notch staff. From Ariela and Daniella in the front office to the dining team, it was a phenomenal experience. OPacifico Hotel Boutique, Paquera, Costa Rica is a must stay!”

“The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. ”

“First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy. Instead of providing us a room, we were told we could get a better room if we paid for an upgrade. I didn't want an "upgrade" I……

Even before we arrived we already were impressed with the owners because we needed to figure out a last minute issue! They were so helpful and very friendly. Kitchen is adequately equipped, other shared areas are also well maintained and clean ”

“The property was absolutely perfect, private villa, amazing staff who were easy to contact with any needs. The location was great. The kitchenette was decent enough to get by however if we needed anything the staff helped promptly ”
