El hotel por dentro es muy bonito, el staff amable. Pero, como es nuevo necesitan estar mas al día con el mantenimiento (aires, inodoros, agua caliente, etc). También mejorar el manejo de los empleados de limpieza (debe hacer menos escándalo) y mejorar la comunicación con las personas de mantenimiento (horarios para hacerlo y si hay huéspedes en la habitación o no).

It was okay. For the price you pay it works out. There are some problems though. Staff was slow to respond over text. Was called a few times to open the door for guests as the keypad wasn’t working. Eventually keypad was replaced but wasn’t informed about the new code so was locked out until they responded. The area is alright and has some good restaurants to eat at. Definitely better options but still is okay for the price.

"The place is beautiful and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again, the property is fully equipped to do everything. Full kitchen. Private rooms, swimming pool, games, and great places to eat and I have to say that the people around are very nice. I ❤️🇵🇷."
