"A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is simplistic, this is a no frills experience. The rooms are cleaned every four days but you can request new towels and additional toilet paper from reception. The rooms are small but the air conditioning works well which is needed in the summer heat wave. The property is modern but does show ware and tear. Some staff members were helpful but most were distant and appeared unenthusiastic. Breakfast is ok, it provides the minimum of juices, some fruits, hard boiled eggs, cheese, pastries, and coffee. The breakfast reflects the overall tone of the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the location."

"Hotel was clean and good location for accessing centre of Glasgow. We enjoyed using pool and gym and a cocktail in the bar! Bit of a mix-up when we checked in - we'd had to change our booking from May and this had not been passed onto the hotel. Was sorted out after showing our booking confirmation."

"Liked seeing river view and trains passing at the back from my room! Staff helpful I got a newspaper by request I am sharing with my family as a souvenir! Another staff a next day told me unable to get a free newspaper! I asked for help for taxis everyday and staff did a fine job and I was on time all my activities! Tv on ground great for news fifa games Weather was best ! Breakfast I needed! Tv was a bit tricky and a bit too high tech for me ! I did look at some shows! There was free fruits drinks at lobby! I noticed security there in evenings I had a safe elevator ride ! U must use card to go up to the rooms! I asked for housekeeping one day but they did not CHANGE THE BEDSHEETS JUST STRAIGHTEN ! I was there6 days so housekeeping should have changed my sheets when I asked mostly I would put do not disturb only one day I ask for housekeeping service so very disappointed when I entered saw I got the bed straightened, shower floor was not cleaned I saw my hair all over! Well I did enjoy my stay generally!"

"The hotel was brilliant. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was also well maintained and the changing rooms cleaned regularly. There was a lovely breakfast with a huge choice. In fact I think it had the biggest food selection I have seen! The only problem was finding the carpark. Better directions would help especially pointing out that the Car park continued round the back. We will definitely return."
