"Super friendly staff! An excellent value. Enormous room, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable in every way. Plus good breakfast. We will keep this hotel on our list for return visits!"

"Cute place to stay with nearby walkable access to paved Spearfish Recreation Path. Property was clean and bed comfy. No dedicated work space, but spacious closet and nice bathroom, with small coffee bar area with mini fridge. We'd stay again!"
"This cottage was adorable and had everything we needed. It was SO peaceful, nestled in the pines in a quiet area. My husband loved the hot tub after a long day of driving. We drive from PA to MT every year and plan on returning! Thank you!"
"The overall property is very nice and peaceful. We loved having a fully fenced area for the dogs. Definitely a unique and historic property. The only issue I had was the height of the composting toilet. For me, it was a big step up and down, and I felt unsteady using it in the middle of the night. It would be nice to have a grab bar or something to help stabilize older people (like me). "
