"The host was very friendly & I got to park off the street, which was a plus. I'm glad the studio had working AC units in the windows, but it did have an old, musty smell. There were open gaps under one of the AC units and around the door that could easily be fixed by weatherstripping. At one point, there were several ants that came inside & I used the bottle of ant killer under the sink to kill them (they must have had this issue before if there was a bottle there).
