Our Murillo suite near the cathedral was a spacious and fully-equipped unit with a full kitchenette that included complementary coffee and tea. We had reserved the standard room on the ground floor, but for a slight nightly upcharge, the reception clerk upgraded us to a next level room on the first floor when we checked in with the reception desk (it was worth it!). Our unit also provided free bottled water and soda in the refrigerator, a pleasant surprise. The room was obviously recently remodeled and updated. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for our travel plans in Seville, and was quite walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit. If we ever return to Seville, we would definitely stay at this or one of the other Murillo hotels downtown. The only thing potential customers should be aware of is that the cathedral location is located on a very narrow street, too narrow for most cars, so if you want to take a taxi or an Uber, you will need to walk a few hundred yards away to get to a taxi stand. We did not find this to be a major issue, but knowing this situation in advance might have led us to consider an alternative Murillo location, or a different hotel. Overall, we were very pleased.
