The Bob W sign for this particular property is quite small, so watch for it right at the top of the stairs. I never did get the app to work, so be sure to have the check-in code handy. This proved far more difficult for me than it should have been. That was just me, but I'm sure I'm not alone. The luggage storage, washateria, and rooms are all very clearly marked. It's unfortunate that my room for 7 nights was right beside the entrance door, and when people are inputting the code to get into the outside door, it can be heard in this room. I'd recommend stays more than 2 nights not be assigned this room. One washing machine was broken the week I was here, so there were a few of us lined up to use the one machine. It's a bad design, so the bathroom was flooded every time I used the shower, which was annoying. That said, the location is excellent in relation to the university, and it's a decently comfortable place for the price. It was really nice to have access to a small kitchen during the stay that was stocked with a few basics.
