Our stay was enjoyable overall as the duplex was well decorated and cozy. The property had a bbq, firepits, and picnic tables. Parking lot was a large gravel lot. The manager was kind upon her visit and told us the property rental just opened so operations were still needed some catching up. They tried to make it as comfy as possible but there were some concerns that we wanted to address for future guests. The tv did not operate at all to entertain the family and fixing it ourselves was a problem as the tv did not connect to the property wifi system. The listing noted a washer and dryer available but were told by management that only the upstairs unit had an accessible/operable facility. And the kitchen did not have a microwave. The management staff was not on-site for immediate issues and texting/calling took some time for a reply- especially during check-in which took almost 30 min to an hour for a reply with multiple calls. The management did visit to change a dead smoke alarm battery and were notified of the concerns. We were told they would clean up the lone washer room in our unit and repair the tv but never returned. Furthermore, the property sits along the highway which can be a noise issue for sensitive ears but it was not too much of an issue for us. Overall, the stay was fun but I hope the management can use these as constructive feedback as they get up to speed with operations allowing guests to fully appreciate the property and its amenities.

Clean neat and very friendly staff. They made our stay great. Shuttle service was great!!

Well built, quite new, comfortable beds with nice sheets, necessities, plenty of towels, radiant heating, quiet, nestled in the trees, nicely decorated. Shades offered privacy. Close to town. Curtains need minor repair. Double queen room quite roomy, but didn't have full kitchen, just mini fridge, sink & microwave, even though our room had table & chairs for 4. Website misleading. No DW in either room - must handwash dishes or pay $50. Construction yard in front & unfinished building behind property. Prom held in another building behind us - they took up all the parking spots of overnight paying guests. No daily maid service. Many inside surfaces were dusty after a long winter. Fans need cleaning.
