The check in process was very smooth and easy. Room was beautiful and amazing. Its always a no hassle and no confusion in the booking process from Expedia. The service and was very helpful and mannered.

Great service from front desk who helped us with traveling to Jasper and the road conditions. Room was spacious and very nice. Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays and restaurant is very good as well.

I stayed at Canmore Rocky Inn with my mom. I loved the parking because it was confident and free which was amazing. We checked in very late at night (11pm) because we landed really late, and staff was still around the property. Although they are doing restorations around the property, the elevator was kinda scary because it would made this loud noise, and the stop was kind of rough. We stayed on the second floor, and the rooms were pretty sound proof since we didn’t hear noise from downstairs the next morning while men were doing work on the first floor. Our room had a window that faced the mountains, which in return allowed us to see sunrise whilst in bed. My mom loved that they had microwaves in the rooms, which made it so convenient to heat up tea, food or little pastries. The staff was really friendly and i definitely would return.

Truly amazing service. My partner proposed to me here, and Fairmont staff congratulated us every chance they could! I know he made plans with staff before and during our stay. If you’re wondering where to propose to your partner…this is the place! Even before the proposal, staff were accommodating, helpful, and just overall amazing humans. I highly recommend staying here, no matter the occasion. And you can’t forget the place itself—beautiful mountain views, lake views, a range of restaurants, and plenty of activities. You’ll never want to leave. I hope we can come back soon!
