This is a cozy smaller complex with a family feeling. It's not a fancy resort.
View: This is NOT an ocean view unit. The unit faces a wooded area.
Noise: You can hear waves, island roosters, and occasional cars. This is a condo, so potentially, you can hear the other tenants.
Bugs: We are on a tropical island. Occasionally you will see ants and bugs around.

- Free WIFI, desk, 27-inch monitor, keyboard, etc., electronic accessories to provide you a place to work if needed.

-Free beach towel, beach chair, umbrella, noodle, boogie board etc beach gear ready for you.

-Central A/C and extra fans provide max comfort after hot outdoor activities.

-Porcelain tiled floor throughout. No germ-attracting carpeting.

-Full-sized washer/Dryer with detergent in the unit.

Note:

-Requires signed rental agreement within 48 hours of bookings.
NO smoking of any kind(including vaping) while you are anywhere in the complex. Indoor or outdoor.
-Max 5 guests(including children) - strictly enforced condo rule.
-Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am—no excessive noise to disturb neighbors.
-Guests who violate the above will be evicted by condo management.

The condo is on the 2nd floor. with about 10 flights of stairs
