“Ya lo habia visitado en 2019\. Mejoró desde entonces, pero podrian mejorar mas aun. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno está bien, justo.. no es como para destacarlo pero no esta mal. La piscina es linda, pero la parte de las reposeras super apretada, algo incómoda. “Sin duda este hotel tiene una impronta muy particular y original lo cual lo hace excelente. Los empleados sin ser tan amables como decian otros comentarios pero eran correctos. Me dejaron hacer el check out a las 16:30 porque mi vuelo salia tarde y no me cobraron nada. Como unica pega que la habitacion solo estaba separada del exterior por una cristalera y las cortinas lo cual restaba intimidad. La puerta se cerraba con un candado, claro que eso formaba parte de la impronta tan peculiar de este...

“Todo estuvo bien, solo tuve un problema contraté un tour con ellos para ir al carnaval el cual debí recogerme y traerme de regreso para a la hora del regreso nunca apareció, tuve que tomar un taxi pagando más de lo que pague por el transporte, hablé con ellos y me dijeron que investigarían, se comunicaron nuevamente conmigo para decirme que seguían investigando pero ya no obtuve respuesta ni devolución de mi dinero, se que los tours son agencias aparte por eso sé que no es su culpa pero si...

"Hotel bien ubicado y con grandes instalaciones. Con respecto a hace 3 años que también estuve he apreciado una bajada de la calidad del servicio de los empleados (recepción y limpieza especialmente). El hotel necesita acometer mejoras en las instalaciones (el puente de la piscina lleva al menos 3 años con cables colgando, los caballitos de mar no expulsan agua, los jacuzzis parados gran parte del tiempo, defectos de pintura en las fachadas...). El desayuno es bueno, pero muy muy repetitivo, todos los días lo mismo. Por último, en la recepción el aire acondicionado está bajísimo, hace muchísimo frío dentro hasta el punto de que las cristaleras se empañan, poco ayuda esto al medioambiente... En resumen, buen hotel pero en riesgo de decadencia si no hacen algo pronto."
