Far away from downtown. No good parking!! Beach area dirty. Besides that i really enjoy.

Loved staying here. Great communication and pickup at airport and the hotel was quiet with spotless rooms and awesome friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again!

I recommand to everyone Charly Bungalow. Quiet place, very nice, close of the beach, perfect for relaxing. Room always clean, very peaceful. WaterPark for the kid close at 15min and International Wake Park for the adult at 15 min too.

I was wrapping up a separate vacation trip to Phuket and wanted a nice place near the airport for the 3 nights before I could fly out. I found this on Tripadvisor, with a deal from Expedia. We loved this resort! The location is stunning: set on the side of a cliff overlooking the beach with sunset views from almost every part of the property. Can't say enough about this place. It's a real gem. Staff was lovely. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Restaurant on premises. A short walk to the beach. Commercial area and convenience shops are a short walk. Free shuttle to the airport. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served so the staff packed us breakfast to go.

Our experience was nothing short of excellent! All the staff were remarkably friendly and eager to do whatever it took to make our stay memorable. From the towel animals in our room to the chefs inviting our children to make their own pizzas for dinner; everything was amazing.

I love everything about this hotel. The grounds are well kept The staff is excellent. The location is a simple walk to the beach and a daily outdoor market for fresh foods. Taxis will take you further locations which is cheap compared to the states. Best vacation I ever had.

So beautiful beautiful hotel!! Wowww! Pictures don’t show the beauty of the hotel, I’ll come back for sure. The pool around the rooms is so nice and relaxing. Rooms look amazing, clean, comfortable and so nice. And what about the floating breakfast??? It’s free with no charge when you have breakfast included. Just amazing from another world! I really really recommend this place. Definitely one of the best hoteles I have ever stayed. What a way of finish my vacations in Thailand.

I honestly wish we had stayed a few extra nights… our bungalow was perfect for our family, the hosts were so kind and helpful with rides, and the breakfast was delicious. Beds are comfortable and the pool refreshing. It’s the perfect place to stay near the airport. The icing on the cake was the French bulldog puppy, Ippo, because we really missed our Frenchie back home. There’s also a cute chihuahua named Milo to give you love.

i was warmly welcomed upon arrival by the reception. the room was amazing! happily i was upgraded to a pool access room. i was very pleased with the room. it's all very modern. the bathroom had a deep tub, separate from the shower stall. the bed was comfortable. plenty of plug ins throughout the room. the best feature was opening the balcony door and taking a few steps into the pool. my balcony had good afternoon sunlight, which made the pool access very enjoyable. the breakfast was...

We loved our stay here with our two teenagers. Our room was huge (we had a 2-bedroom suite) and gave us the space to relax and unwind, as well as escape the heat. The service everywhere was fantastic, and extremely friendly. The pools, restaurant and cafe were all clean and beautiful. Beautiful surprise. Booked here 1 night to be close for my early flight - as soon as I arrived I wished I had come earlier. Quiet beach Great pool The restaurant staff were great! Bed was a little hard - if I was there longer I would’ve asked for something to soften the mattress. Only downside - not a massive issue just annoying when you’re travelling - no powers outlets by the bed and no outlets adapted for international plugs Lucky I always carry one however just a little bit of feedback...
