“Clean room and surpassed our expectations. During our stay the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs and our toilet seat was so loose it could have easily fallen off. 9

“The property itself is very beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very clean. I also appreciated that check in and check out were easy and that it was straightforward to find my way around the property.
However, there were two things that significantly affected my stay.
When I arrived to my room in the evening, it was extremely hot. The windows and doors had been left open during the day, apparently without any consideration for the temperature. The curtains were also hanging loosely……
