This is a great place to stay in Merritt. Home restaurant is right next door for your end of drive meals. Property is older but well cared for. Beds are comfy, staff is great.

The pool and hot tub were the reason I selected this hotel and they were both closed so my boys were not able to use them. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom, baseboard missing, bathroom door hard to close...basically needs a full renovation. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable.

A disappointing stay. The room and facilities were very run down. The stairs and balcony areas were uneven, people were smoking all over and the smell was entering our room, the pool and hot tub were closed by Interior Health, walls were missing baseboards and carpets were stained. Breakfast was good.

The property was sold out. Must have been a tournament or something like that as there were a lot of families with children. Lots of noise with parents shouting back and forth across between the two buildings and children running around as late as 10 pm. In our room, the hot and cold taps in the sink and shower were reversed. The whole place seems well worn and in need of updating, a theme we have observed with most of the Wyndham properties. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant and the breakfast at this hotel was better than most.

Staff were lovely and helpful but the property needs so.e cleaning. The room was clean but the pillows were not. They were mismatched and filthy with staining. The towels and bedding are in need of replacement as they were grey and old instead of white. The smoking area is too close to the rooms and the pool and hottub were closed under Interior Health direction. Breakfast was fine.

Continental breakfast was very good. The hotel itself needs a facelift, rusted faucets, and drains in the bathtub. The pool needs some upgrading and better cleaning.
