The bed was comfortable, the bedsheets clean, the bathroom clean . The only thing I did not like is humid smell, like old room. The location was good. The parking was full. The heater did not work. The staff were nice.

Best of stay in the small town

The room was very clean, and the pillows and bed were soft and comfortable. The receptionist, who hoped to spell Uber correctly, explained it very carefully and kindly.

We usually book at Sandman so was pleased to book at Cache Creek. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED at the condition. Aside from the condition,, the suite doors did not have working Safety Closures Latch Theshold Smoke seal No sprinkler Exit corridor doors

This was a perfectly adequate option for us to stay on our long drive home from Anchorage. It definitely did not have the same appearance as other Sandman properties we had noticed on the drive. The property is old and you can tell the staff did the best they could in terms of cleaning, etc. It is due for some maintenance and sprucing up.

the bathroom was not cleaned as there was toothpaste on the taps, P. hair in the tub and dirty floor in the bathtub. staff was making an effort to remedy this and will see if they offer me some compensation on my room fee.

The property is extremely old and smelt bad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable you could feel springs in your back and it folded like a taco. The staff were extremely nice.

The hotel is quite dated and run down. The restaurant that appears in the online pictures appears to have been closed for years. The in room air conditioning did work. There was no cold airflow. The bed was quite soft and not very comfortable.
