Mature plantings, carefully situated, plus two-level design create a haven of comfort for enjoying beach living while capturing the best of the coastal breezes. Upstairs, the main living/kitchen area offers high beam ceiling and comfortable seating for reading or watching television. The large covered lanai extends the living area for outdoor dining and relaxing with ocean views and watching children play in the grassy yard. An outdoor shower cleans everyone off after a day at the beach or in the yard. The house is complete with AC for those warm summer months.
