"This was a complete 180 from staying at the super motel in Joliet Illinois. Everything was super clean. Staff was excellent. Even at breakfast time. I asked for a banana, and the lady stopped what she was doing and she said I will get that for you, sir I will be right back. And she actually brought it to me. Those type of customer service skills you cannot teach. From check-in to check out…..excellent excellent excellent."

"Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting."
