This trip was Hawaiian Airlines through Jet Blue. The service in trying to get a boarding pass and find out WHERE TO GO to check in for that flight took 3-1/2 hours of computer/phone contacts in three companies 24 hours before the flight. It was purchased through Expedia. Nobody knew or cared to know what my code was to get into the Hawaiian Airlines site (since Jet Blue claimed no knowledge or interest), and when I finally got that, nobody knew what terminal I should go to. I was furious and will certainly not do it again. Hawaiian Airlines was excellent once somebody at Jet Blue could finally give me the password to get into the site.
