The property was cozy on the channel side of Waikiki. Staff was professional and smaller hotel made for efficient check in/check out and valet processes.

Staff was friendly and they offer great things like popcorn and filtered water for guests. Our room needed some maintenance like the bathroom faucet handle that didn't work properly, and the rug was peeling off in the closet.

Old, not updated, rooms are not that clean, needs paining and carpet. Pictures make it look nice. Checkin was long and room keys don’t work. Do not recommend.

This hotel was very conveniently located and a great price for the area. The hotel was very nicely maintained for its age and very clean. The only drawback was that the air conditioner for this room did not cool adequately.

We had a great view of the canal frim the 8th floor and a beautiful view of the hills. It was a spacious room and we really enjoyed the balcony and free wifi. We were able to have our luggage stored, after the noon checkout, until our trip to the airport from the hotel.
