“入住三晚期間，於第三晚回到酒店時遇上停電情況，當時無法為電子設備充電，亦沒有照明，同時暖氣亦無法使用，夜間感到相當寒冷。其後夜晚曾短暫恢復供電，但不久後再次停電。翌日早上亦未能使用熱水及風筒。 在黑暗中前往洗手間後返回床位時，不慎撞到腳趾尾，導致流血。 不過，相信這並非經常發生的情況，因為上一次入住時一切運作正常。酒店職員態度十分溫暖、貼心且溫柔，床鋪與枕頭非常舒適，環境亦十分整潔。 翌日早上，職員有主動告知可安排我前往另一棟設施有供電的館舍使用淋浴。惟需要另外更換衣物並往返不同館舍，對當時的狀況而言稍為不便；加上已接近退房時間，且需趕往機場，最終選擇放棄。幸好當天行程不算緊湊，並未造成太大影響。”
