The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful even though I told him I was a Tampa bay bucs fan I stay here every time I'm in town Most hotels in this price range are dumps this is a really good value.

I wasnt prioritized for my reservations that were paid for before arrival. I stood outside waiting to be let through the door to continue checking in after getting license plate information on my personal vehicle, made to wait. Furthermore the keycard entry for the front door to lobby is in disrepair. Wifi is seemingly slow. For the price paid, thats unacceptional. Front desk is understaffed or front desk employees are often unreachable due to them not being at the front in the lobby as needed. Other than those things stated. The stay was overall good. Staff were respectful, & the hotel stayed in excellent condition in regards to cleaning.
