Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is located beach front on the Coconut Coast between the historic towns of Kapaa and Wailua. Located convenient to both Princeville on the north and Poipu Beach on the south. The resort features a fabulous serpentine pool with water slides, waterfalls and 3 sand bottom hot tubs. Additional amenities include a pool side BBQs, new fitness center, Spa by the Sea for all you beauty needs and Oasis beach front restaurant and bar and concierge service.

The top floor 2 bedroom/3 bath (sleeps 2-6)luxury condominium offers appointments seen only in luxury condominiums. Step into the mountain/garden view condominium living room with cathedral ceilings and views of Sleeping Giant and surrounding gardens and ocean peak from your living room balcony. Bedrooms are furnished to offer maximum comfort with 'Simmons Heavenly Beds', custom linens and ceiling fans.

Living room has a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with wall mounted LCD TV's. Bathrooms with sunken tub and shower are furnished with Indonesian mahogany cabinets and Peruvian travertine floors and counter tops. The unit is tastefully designed in the Hawaiian style by awarding winning Honolulu design firm, Philpotts and Associates.

The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet's dream with Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf range and oven, microwave and stainless dish washer. Our unit also offers full stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset dinner on the 2 verandas overlooking the Coco Palm Grove.

Leaving your condo you can enjoy dinner and a drink at the Oasis, beach front bar and restaurant or take a stroll on the beach.

For the more adventurous, you can explore the island by land, sea or air. Bike, jog or stroll the new Kauai Bike Path while enjoying the ocean view. Enjoy Kauai by swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, golfing, hiking, four-wheeling, etc. and of course shopping.

For the Keikis we've also provided boogie boards, snorkeling gear, ice chests etc for their outing to the beach,

Family time!
We had a wonderful time with plenty of pool and beach time being so close. The restaurants and grocery store were close. The condominium was perfectly located for all of the activities. Richard quickly responded to any concerns we encountered.

2 weeks in paradise
Beautiful grounds, pools (pretty cold, only one of the four of us could go in at all), waterfalls (gorgeous) hot tubs (wonderful), outdoor furniture (first class). Elevators (not all buildings have them?). Restaurant (staff very friendly, food and drink (tasty but pupus weren't traditional enough). Gate security system (a bit confusing for us old codgers). Fire alarms worked but were so loud my hearing aids burned up. We were confused about whether our unit faced the pool but we grew to love our view of the sunrise upon the mountain. We didn't understand at first that the air conditioning only worked when the sliding glass doors were closed. It worked out fine as we wanted to acclimate to the outside temperature asap. Got to love the rooster alarm clock and the cooing of the doves. We miss the chickens already.

Property was nice however the pool lounges were worn out and needed pad repair. One hottub seemed to not be working. No elevator in our respective building. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know. Our room was great except that our washing machine had mold and was very rusted.

Overall, a very pleasent stay. These condo's are well appointed, with comfortable beds, and a great kitchen for cooking in to save on meal expenses. The pool and hottubs are great for unwinding at the end of the day, and the beach is beautiful and amazing to walk in the mornings. The host was quick with communication and helped answer all of our questions quickly and accurately. Couple little cleaning issues in the condo upon arrival, but they were honestly pretty minor. Overall, this was a 5 star experience and we would absolutely recommend this host and condo for other families looking for great local accomodations and a fantastic jumping off spot for either north shore or south shore adventures. Cheers!

Absolutely beautiful condo! We were so impressed! Super clean and perfect location. Beds were super comfortable! We realized when we pulled in that we had stayed there for our honeymoon (it was called the outrigger maybe?) right years ago! The complex is gorgeous and lots of fun pools and hot tubs for kids and adults! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Condo, Spotless Facilities and Good Location
We have been visiting Kauai since 1999, but this is the first time we stayed in a Condo in Kapa' a instead of at the old Courtyard/Now Sheraton Hotel and we had a wonderful stay. The condo, furnishings and the water equipment/toys for families with children to play with were excellent. The complex facilities themselves including the massive pool and waterslides were well maintained and spotless throughout our visit. There is a Safeway, Starbucks and numerous other restaurants within a short 5 minute walking distance of the property. While on the property, the current restaurant appeared to be under construction and we were unable to eat there. FYI, a number of good restaurants closed during the BUG, but many new ones are now open or have planned expansions and will be opening soon in Kauai. Mahalo!!

Great visit to Kapaa
Great location and a very convenient floor plan for staying with friends. The condo is super close to everything in Kapaa, we could walk to food trucks and restaurants and a quick drive to other areas. Pool are and hot tubs were nice and not over crowded during our stay.

Paradise all around
The stay at the property was excellent. A big open lobby welcomes you. Parking is easy. The pool area and lazy river and spa are wonderful to use. The walk to the beach outside your door was better than expected. It is centrally located for taking trips around the island. Love the convenience of the grocery store across the street. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The kitchen fully stocked with things you need for cooking. Having the laundry facilities in the unit was super helpful. Our owner was very responsive to our questions. We had no problems and loved our stay immensely!

Great place, great location on Kauai
Overall, a fantastic experience at this condo! The lazy river and hot tubs are a great amenity, and the east side of Kauai is a good "centralized" location for access to all the other interesting parts of the island. The condo was great overall, though cooking utensils could be improved (we bought a set of pans because there was no good pan for frying an egg).

Property was great beach was beautiful. Our only issue was Oasis shuts down on Sunday until Tuesday. We wanted to eat there but alas found another spot. Also would have appreciated a more flexible leave time. We would definitely be back can't wait to come again. Mahalo

Great for a group!
Our party of 4 (two couples) stayed for 4 nights and thought the space was large, well laid out, and very accommodating for our party. The host was super easy to work with and communicated very well! We had an issue with the dishwasher, so we couldn't use it, but the host was quick to respond when we notified her of the issue. The location of the resort is great - many restaurants nearby and a Safeway which was great for picking up some groceries. We were a little disappointed that the resort didn't serve poolside drinks, so we had to bring our own each day. The restaurant, Oasis, wasn't a huge hit for drinks or food. That being said, the pool was nice and never super busy and the beach access is very close and convenient.

Anniversary vacation
We visited Kauai along with another couple to celebrate our 35th and 40th wedding anniversaries. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. We enjoyed all our breakfasts on the lanai. We were able to get beautiful rainbow pictures when it rained with the mountain background. We enjoyed the rosters outside the complex. The complex is very well maintained. The pool and all the surrounding areas are spotless. The pool is perfect for all ages, and we grilled several dinners poolside. I can not say enough about the complex staff. They work very had to keep the facility maintained .The condo has a Safeway grocery store right across the street, and pineapple market is right down the street which has many stores and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs umbrellas , cooler , and items needed if traveling with young children. The beds were very comfortable. There is access to ocean front lounge chairs where we caught several sunrises. We had a perfect ocean front dinner at Oasis on the beach which is right on site. We were able to Uber easily to some of our excursions. The host responded quickly to all of our questions, and we would highly recommend this location for your next trip to Kauai.

The photos were amazing, but arriving there was even better. It was spectacular, the place was clean, nice, with great views of the court yard. It was even better than we had expected. Perfect location to go north or south of the island, we recommend this place. We will be back for sure.
