This elegant Villa in the Ocean Tower overlooks the Pacific Ocean, sandy beach Lagoons, and the pools at KoOlina's premier residential resort community, The Beach Villas. Our resort sits aside the 2nd lagoon beach, next to the world class Disney Aulani Hotel and Marriott Ihilani Hotel, The Beach Villas is one of Hawaii's most luxurious oceanfront resorts. We boast 5 star luxury and amenities, 2 pools, 3 Jacuzzi's, miles of beaches and walkways, marina, ocean cruises, whale watching off your lanai, and a short 25 minutes to the beautiful City of Honolulu. The villa has a king bed in the master and two twins that can be converted to a king in the spare bedroom, and a fold out couch.

Conveniently located near Honolulu International Airport and the city of Honolulu, but far away from the crowds of Waikiki. The Beach Villas Resort is in a class by itself for luxury and tranquility. Come enjoy a relaxed first class stay at this fabulous Villa along side the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

Beautiful Property Great Host
Wonderful ocean front property with all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with comfortable beds. What makes this property even more special was the very responsive host/manager who responded quickly to text and made sure we were comfortable by replacing missing BBQ utensils, providing new beach towels, and even gave us welcome basket filled with goodies and a wine bottle. Definitely will book again in the future. Will not be disappointed if you stay in this unit. Thank you for hosting our family.

This condo is in the perfect area of Ko’Olina! We loved this neighborhood of four resorts all connected with a beautiful running path. It felt so safe and clean. The condo itself was very good, clean and the layout was great for our family of 4.

Amazing View and Great Beach Access
We had a great stay in the unit on the 11th floor with 3 adults and a 21 month toddler. The unit is spacious, clean, and the property managers are easy to reach via text if needed. This is a great location and you can walk to Aulani, the Disney resort in less than 10 minutes. I much preferred the pools and quiet beach at our resort, but it was great being able to hop down to Aulani for character breakfast and shave ice. There are four lagoons along the walkway and you can go to any of the beaches. There are breakers, so very gentle and good place for kids. The pools are clean and lovely all around. There is a lap pool that is heated and also a lagoon pool with multiple hot tubs. The bathrooms are great and the primary bedroom has a soaking tub. If you are traveling with children, note that the bedrooms DO NOT have screens in the windows and you are 11 floors up. If my son were older, this wouldn't have been ideal. Overall though, this was a comfortable place with a toddler. The property manager connected us with a rental agency that delivered a high chair and some beach toys. Great service! The kitchen is beautiful but not set up by someone that cooks. The pans are teflon and peeling a bit and aren't the right kind for the fancy Wolf stovetop so it takes a long time to heat up and cook things like pancakes and eggs. But we were on Hawaii time so not a big deal. We were very happy here and would stay again.

Amazing Stay!
Maria’s Ko’Olina stay was everything that the listing had and more. The area was wonderful and the view from the condo was amazing. She had it stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the lagoons. Location was great, an added bonus that we were walking distance to the Luau at Aulani. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection
Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, the property was simply beautiful, the condo was as described and nothing I would change. We could not have had a more perfect place to stay for this trip, which was based on my parents being 80 and never having been to Hawaii. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we never once felt unsafe. Maria has the condo stocked with every item you could want for a fun filled beach experience, and also for children. The beds were very comfortable, AC was exceptional and the kitchen has any appliance you may think you need. The elevator to the penthouse made it very private and the view was worth every penny!!! Those sunsets! We easily walked to neighboring resorts and area restaurants and did not feel the need to cook, but enjoyed the smells from other guests using the provided grills. It was not crowded ever and we never felt it was noisy, in fact the condo is so well insulated we did not even hear the neighbor above us. The location is perfect for day jaunts to all the tourist attractions Oahu has to offer. I highly reccomend Maria and her Ko Olina hidden gem!

Fantastic accommodations in Ko’Olina
From the beginning to end, our experience at this property was fantastic. Maria is super responsive, helpful and great to work with. Not only did the villa have an amazing view, it had virtually everything needed for a 10 day stay; including recreational items such as a cooler, fishing poles, boogie boards, etc. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and views from this unit. .The property was clean and Maria was very responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine. Only drawback was that the unit was not ready when we were ready to check in so we had to wait around for an hour. Overall great experience.

Would definitely recommend for families with children. The lagoons were perfect for kids and adults…..wonderful snorkeling with very little worry of current or rip tide. Saw many varieties of fish and coral and sea turtles every day. We’re we’re lucky enough to see whales from our balcony one day. Restaurants within walking distance and an easy drive to Honolulu, the North Shore, and East/Windward side of the Island.

Wonderful week in Ko’Olina
This was a terrific place to stay on Oahu. Took a few day trips to other parts of the island and enjoyed a few days just relaxing at the beautiful lagoon here. Lovely condo. Perfect for four people. Fabulous unit with amazing views
Our week-long stay at the villa was nice and relaxing. The location in Ko Olina is great and the lagoon, pools and grounds are amazing as well. It was our first time to this area on Oahu and we will be back and stay at this property, and hopefully this unit. We walked through the Disney resort and couldn't believe the amount of people...everywhere! We were so happy we stayed at the Beach Villas. We never felt crowded in the unit, at the pools or on the beach. The unit has high-end appliances, cable/streaming TVs and comfortable beds, so we felt right at home. The unit is tastefully decorated and has everything you will need for your beach vacation. Mahalo Maria, you are a fabulous host!

Great property, condo needs some upgrading
This is my second time staying at the Beach Villas in Ko'Olina, and it was overall a pleasant stay. The condo was as advertised, with enough space for our family of 4 (it can sleep 6 but the living area would likely feel a bit crowded). The view from the lanai is amazing - sunsets are unreal and you can see whales at the right time of year. There is only one other condo that accesses the same elevator on the 11th floor, so it felt private. The bedrooms face the main boulevard, so some traffic noise can be heard. When I stayed in a different unit in 2019, I already thought that the units could use some upgrading as the wear and tear was starting to show. This unit definitely needs some TLC - carpets need a deep clean as they look worn, walls need fresh paint, furniture needs replacement as everything is well-worn, lanai furniture is wicker and has started to come apart so it pokes you when you are sitting. The previous condo I stayed in had a dining table on the lanai, which is much preferable to the lounge chairs and small table that this condo has on the lanai, as we wanted to eat outside and not at the dining table located deep inside the condo. I only gave three stars for cleanliness because our check-in was delayed as the condo wasn't ready and then we arrived to find that it had not been vacuumed and the floors were sandy. Maria quickly remedied this by having someone come and vacuum. Throughout the next few days, we discovered that we needed to wash almost everything we used in the kitchen as things were not cleaned before being put away and that there were lots of surfaces that could have used a good dust. The bathrooms seemed to be fine and the beds had clean sheets, although the bedding for the sofa bed is old and stained and needs replacing. The beds were very comfortable though. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed but we didn't do much cooking. Only request would be for more than 4 coffee mugs. The property is amazing - we spent plenty of time in the pools and the lagoons (saw a turtle!), the on-site bar is a nice bonus and having hotels with restaurants nearby was great. Husband and son golfed at the Ko'Olina club and said it was amazing. The check-in staff, pool staff, and Maria were all very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would return but would hope that the cleaning fees paid would ensure that the next guests would arrive to a cleaner condo than we did. Thank you.

Fantastic!!!
We splurged a bit and went with this specific listing because of the view and man oh man we did not regret waking up to that every day! We loved having breakfast on the lanai. We are Disney fans so we skipped over to Aulani a few times and always came back loving where we decided to stay instead. Less crowded, more pools for slightly older children who are beyond the splash pad age. We loved having a full kitchen and really really loved having a washer and dryer as we stayed a full week. We thought this was our once in a lifetime trip but we are already talking about what we will do next time since a week simply wasn't enough. That said, we could have spent the entire time at the resort just hanging out at the many pools, hot tubs and lagoon and been perfectly happy. Our host was incredibly kind and very responsive. She bought a crock pot when we asked if the listing had one and it did not! She was truly wonderful and every message from her made us more and more excited to come and stay. The Ko Olina area was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle and just soak in the Oahu vistas.
