"Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus. Wir waren mit 17 Erwachsenen. Jeder hatte ein geräumiges eigenes Zimmer mit Bad. Das Haus war sauber. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss Platz für Skiausrüstung. Gemeinschaftsräume klein. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit in der Küche, die angemessen war. Skibus und Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hauses."

"Falcon lodge is lovely, the layout worked great for us, the heating was brilliant, the beds are comfy And a bonus was being able to put the cars away in the garage too. Nice location with a short walk down to the main shops/restaurants/bars. Maybe a bigger tv in the lounge."

"Keine Gartenmöbel nur eine Bank, kein Sonnenschirm. Geschirr für 5 Personen zu wenig. Lage und Haus sauber und gut."

"Mit 10 Personen war es sehr komfortabel und mehr als genug Platz. Auch die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern etc war in Ordnung. In der Küche sollte einiges v.a. Die Pfannen ausgetauscht werden. Wenn nach jeder Woche der Toaster besser gereinigt wird, hält er auch noch lange!"

"We spent three nights with our young child at the Lederer. There were so many personal touches that the owners factored into our stay to make our experience with a toddler enjoyable! We cannot speak highly enough about the hotel. "

" Good value for money. Close to supermarket, bus right outside the flat so easy to get to gondola. Great location right inside Kaprun. The place is basic but all in working order. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it was very comfortable "
