The front desk person was friendly, had a good sense of humor. Helpful. Our room was good size, clean and comfortable.
It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar had been open. But with today’s staff shortages, was not surprised.

I loved the rainforest setting, good birding on the property and surrounds. Wifi weak and slow. Food excellent, try the lamb in mint sauce. A bit far from town, get a taxi phone to call when you leave.

The rooms are clean and spacious but there are already signs of poor maintenance throughout. No complaints about the stay though; we had both a connecting room (king with two twin beds) as well as a deluxe queen (two queen beds) and found them very comfortable for our family with two small children. A couple of nasi kandar breakfast options nearby; there is an Aeon mall nearby with...

Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop.
I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again.
