The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: barbecue facilities. **Your holiday apartment** **Your studio** offers 1 floor, 1 room (from which 1 bedroom), is 25 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is in der 1\. Etage and leads over an external stair directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair (appropriate only for children under 11 years), dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 3 chairs. Kitchenette 6 sqm and with electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (100 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. The studio is located on a 1,000 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance.
