In the hamlet Škropeti 3 km from the centre of Karojba, 9 km from the centre of Motovun, 27 km from the centre of Poreč, 27 km from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 12 km, rocky beach 27 km. Marina 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. 5-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed.
