This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

Excellent location right next to a station and within walking distance of lots of places of interest including the Brandenburg Gate. Really friendly helpful staff. Huge room for a city centre hotel. Topped off with an amazing breakfast!!!!!!!

Nice hotel, great location. However, the room was very warm even though it was cold outside and the pillows were horrible. Two pillows stacked and our heads were still flat.
