We had an awful stay here. The hotel has a notorious issue with a faulty fire alarm that goes off randomly—something we unfortunately only discovered after checking in. During our stay, the alarm was triggered three separate times in a single day, with the final evacuation happening at 2:00 AM. Every single time, all guests had to evacuate and stand outside for roughly 30 minutes. Even the responding firefighters looked completely fed up with the recurring false alarms. To make matters worse, the staff treated the entire ordeal like routine business. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the disruption, an. A quick glance at past reviews proves this has been an ongoing problem for a long time that management simply refuses to fix. Save yourself the lost sleep and book somewhere else.

Room was very large. Bed and Bedding comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. The bathroom had a bathtub which was nice but it was very deep to step into and the shower was awkward and easy to accidentally spray the whole bathroom with water. The property was very close to an S-Bahn station which was very handy
