"This is a good option when visiting Mexico City. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was easy to use (it is only about a 10 minute ride to the airport). The hotel is about a 20 min Uber ride to Zocalo Square. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and met my needs. The room service was ok...the food was average and not really the value for what I paid. However, you don't go to Mexico City for room service LOL, there are many fabulous restaurants and street vendors to try. Room service should only be used as a last option...which is what is for me...room service is open 24 hours. The continental breakfast each morning was very good. I loved the mini waffles and fruit options. A few tips for some new international travelers...most Latin American countries don't use wash clothes, so pack your own or get ready to use a hand towel for your shower or washing your face. Also, many hotels aboard are using the hotel key card to control the power in the room. Look for a slot on the wall near the door to place your hotel key card inside and then you will be able to turn on the lights. All and all a good and convenient option while visiting Mexico City. "
