The roof terrace provides a wonderful ambience with panoramic views across the bay. The pool deck offers Al Fresco dining with marble table and eight chairs. It is only three minutes walk to the nearest beach club and the sea, while with a few minutes more there are excellent restaurants. In the season, a water taxi service runs from the beach club to town. Kalkan is 25 minutes walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi. The owners refurbished the villa in 2014 and are much aware of the local history and culture, which is reflected in the décor and furnishings. All payments for the rental are made directly to Vrbo by the holidaymaker with whom the owner has a contract. Payment is then processed according to the contract within the agreed timeframe. In addition, there is a 2% Turkish accommodation tax which is levied in Kalkan on departure.
