"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"The property is new and clean. Located right next to the station. The train noises through the night is very loud, but you kinda get accustomed to it by the fourth night. We didn’t get our email with the check in codes the day before arrival, but it was good the communication was very fast upon emailing."

"This is our first stay in Japan. We staying on the top floor. The accommodation was good, as advertised but the road noise was terrible! Very close to two station stops, 7/11 almost next door was very handy. Felt very safe in this area coming back late at night many times."

"The area is near Dotonbori, it is walkable to train station and the shopping district..the only thing I did not like is that you need to transfer to a local/metro train from Kansai airport train in order to reach the hotel, so you need to ride 2 different train and the room is small for 3 people and you can hardly move around, there is a kitchen but you can’t cook because the space is small and can’t eat properly since the table is so small for 3 but overall is just fine, anyway, we don’t stay...

"Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable.
