Greeted by a very rude obnoxious boss, after “arranging” airport drop off via email prior to arrival was then told that it’s not possible at all to get a lift to the airport. Not sure why you would reply yes in email then say no in person, especially when the customer is happy to pay. Final billing amount was different to what was quoted, didn’t realise the price quoted and held against credit card only applied for cash payments and that to pay on card it would cost more. Room was loud and housekeeping phone in hallway went off several times before 8am. Wouldn’t stay again.

The crepes at breakfast were good, otherwise everything else was really disappointing, especially given the price. The rooms were old and smelly, the beds were uncomfortable, it was really noisy at night and the whole vibe of the place was off. Maybe my expectations were too high, but after reading the reviews we were hoping for more.

There’s no elevator, but the staff is very helpful and helped me carried my suitcase to the fifth floor, so I’m quite pleased with my stay.
