"We had a beautiful vacation stay planned to be near our Children and Grandchildren. Family flying in from all over.Paid for the Rental on MAY 17, 2025. We were notified by the host on June 12, JUST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR RENTAL, that the home had been 'double booked', and the blame was placed on 'VRBO technical glitches'. Glitches that took this HOST a MONTH to realize. Clearly, this was a huge wrecking ball to our plans. At the time of this review, we are STILL awaiting the credit of our rental...

"The house was super cute and remodeled well! The furnishings were lovely and the backyard was adorable. Communication with Martin was very fast. We had a couple of issues that came up during the stay, and he remedied them in a VERY timely manner. Definitely recommend! "

"House was clean when we arrived, plenty of space for guest and a pool . Unfortunately it rained during the stay so we could not use it but it was beautiful. We had food and there was plenty of space to spread out. I would book again the the future"

"Listing was fake. I received multiple confirmations for my booking but then on the day of, host did not communicate or allow me to check in. Host did not answer my calls until several tries later. I arrived to a home that was locked and occupied by the tenant and had to scramble on a Friday night to find an alternate hotel. VRBO does not have clear instructions on what to do or an easy, clear way to contact anyone for help in this situation. "
