"My husband and I, plus our 2 daughter and son-in-law were in town for a Family Reunion. The house is lovely and so comfortable. Everything that you could need and more. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Location was perfect, central to everything! Kelsey is a wonderful host!!!"

"This is our third time staying here over the last three years, i have no complaints. It is always very well stocked with pot, pans ect. Very clean. The AC was great, we always do bring fans with us but we always have fans running at home too. Always stay here when in arkcity."

"When I checked in, I was given my room key with no instructions on where to go, what to expect, etc. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. After realizing the tv wasn’t working, I went to the front desk to ask about it. All that was said to me was, “yeah, it doesn’t work.” After asking more questions, I was told that it was the entire hotel. Ok. That should have been mentioned at check-in. After a while, I went to see the pool and it was closed (see pictures). Once again, should have been mentioned at check-in. Later in the evening, went to the front desk to ask about food delivery suggestions and was told there wasn’t any. No suggestions given. Asked where there was a vending machine and was informed there wasn’t any in the building, even though there were signs saying “Vending & Ice Machine” on every floor. See "
