"Everything was as presented in the listing. Local contact was immediately responsive to a few minor items. View from the upper porch was beautiful, especially the NYC skyline all lit up. "We enjoyed our stay very much! The layout of the house was perfect for a multi-family getaway. The second living room was great for the kids to have their own space with TV. It was a short walk to the beach and we appreciated the host’s kind manner and responsiveness!"

Great location for my needs and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great one day, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and more. The next day the same expensive breakfast only had pastries and coffee. I don't like the mandatory addon fee of $35 which included this breakfast. I come to New York every three months, but I probably won't stay there again because of this.
