“Never been to Kelowna before and our stay was medical in nature and very last minute. Was looking for a quality hotel at a reasonable price. As it is summertime and the July long weekend, I didn’t know what to expect. Found this hotel in West Kelowna with excellent ratings and one of the few reasonably priced places. Anyway, I was very impressed. While it might have been a little further from the hospital than what I wanted, the hotel more than made up for that with excellent service, amazing……

“隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。”

“這是間十分舒適的旅館，房間很大、設備齊全，還有一個可以看到 Kelowna 全城的大露台。 距離市中心有點遠，駕駛要十分鐘車程，對於自駕遊應該不是問題。房東十分好客，不但幫忙搬運行李，還讓我們隨時免費享用他們自家制作的美味早餐。十分推薦其他旅客選擇這所美麗的旅館。”
