I stayed here back in 2019 and had great time but this time post Covid the stay was terrible and didn’t meet my expectations at all. The quality of the food became really bad, (they used to have the best food but not anymore), three of us got sick (we are not alcolohol consumers) so it can’t be from the drinks, it was clearly from the food. I saw a hair in my omelette in the morning and showed it to one of the waiters he didn’t even bother to say sorry or bring me a new one. He took it and left.
The facility itself is still good and elegant. The reception staff are the worse the moment you enter they deal with you as if you’re a suspect. They never pick the calls from the room and have an attitude. Plus their English is bad, it was hard to communicate and harder to accept their attitude.
Honestly this will be the last time I ever stay in this hotel, for that price, you can get much better service and quality
