As I was getting into the shower I grabbed the floormat and it was soaked and again had hair on it. I had called the desk for extra pillows and when she came I had showed her the bathroom and bathmat she offered to bring me a new and that was all! No care if our room was actually cleaned! “A poor excuse for a hotel. The shower and the bathroom sink didn’t work well, the shower curtain was filthy, and the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. There was only one available outlet in the room, and one of the inputs was too loose to hold a plug. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and almost impossible to lock, and the curtain barely reached across the window/door. The staff was practically nonexistent. There were not enough towels, no coffee maker, and the “breakfast”……
