We stayed on a cold and damp Easter weekend (arrived April 3rd and left April 6th) so I wanted to start a fire in the fireplace, but notice the fireplace was filled with ashes and had to remove those ashes before starting our fire. The fireplace had a glass door on the front of it, but the glass was severely blacked from many uses and once the door was closed, you could not see the fire. “The log cabin is very nice. Beds were comfortable. The property is good for pets and kept clean from previous pets. The view is lovely and the location quiet, which made for a refreshing time. The kitchen was very well supplied with all the right tools and equipment. The fireplace was very nice too. We enjoyed ourselves on our quick vacay.”
