The ladies up front were very nice, thats about where it ended! The room looked like someone was sleeping in there, trash in the can, both of them, no smoke detectors, wires hanging out of the ceiling! Only other room was second floor and im handicapped, why i had to stick with the one i got! So no elevator, they were remodeling, but I’ll leave that alone! Breakfast was looking promising, but the hot food was ice cold biscuits and gravy!

We came during a baseball tournament weekend and so the hotel was packed. We were given the wrong room at check in. We booked a double queen (we had 3 people) were given a room with 1 queen bed. Then when we went down to the deck they gave us a new room, went to it and there is still only one bed, but a king this time. Went back to the desk they said they had no other rooms for that night, but should for the next night. So we agreed to make do. (They compt us a breakfast.) returned to our room that evening after the games (close to midnight) only to find it 80 degrees inside. The air had gone out, there was multiple that had. They had no rooms to move us to, no fans to give us, and no hotels in the area that we could go to. Then since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they wouldn’t / couldn’t refund us. We paid $170 for a night spent in the lobby and in our car with the AC on. And was just told they’d move us to a new room the next morning. Besides that nightmare, the breakfast bar was out of food the whole time, they never made enough to last longer than 5 minutes, the pool area didn’t have any towels and there was a ton of wet dirty ones all over and mountains of trash near every trash can, only saw it being taken out once the whole time we were there. Front desk staff was short and defensive about issues, while not being able to offer any support. Nightmare trip do not recommend.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is also walking distance to a great restaurant.

Good lower priced hotel!
