“We booked this property for a holiday weekend while visiting my father at his new home in nearby IL. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews but from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out we were ABSOLUTELY impressed. Every single staff person that we encountered was pleasant and welcoming. They offered their assistance freely without making us feel like we were being a burden.
