“The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close.”

“We recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant visit,with a few areas that could benefit from some attention.On the positive side,the property is in a great location,especially being so close to Caerphilly Castle.The WiFi was reliable throughout our stay,and the heating worked very well,which made it nice and cosy.The space itself is cute and you can see there has been effort put into making it feel welcoming and comfortable.There are just a few maintenance and housekeeping points worth……

“My husband and I had a lovely stay at Apple tree glamping. We had no trouble gaining access with the key box outside. The pod was well equipped, clean and comfortable. My husband even said it was the best 3 nights sleep he’d had in a very long time the bed sheets were so soft and the mattress and pillows comfy. The hot tub was an added bonus and easy to use. Would definitely stay again.”
