"This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon. Truthfully no beach in the keys is seaweed-free, so just enjoy the beautiful views, the amazing blues of the water everywhere and the plentiful restaurants, boating and sealife encounters. Just an hour or so from Key West, too. The owner is readily available and the hall closet has extras in case you forget something! Very easy access, first floor, and comfy beds. Would stay again, for sure."

"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic time. "

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, and more spacious than it appears. The home was well stocked, the bedrooms (with blackout curtains!) had plenty of linens, and the surplus of kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Our stay was lovely and would rent here again. Dock was well maintained with adequate fish cleaning station and working chest freezer (no bulk ice machine). Never ran out of hot water with 4 adults and 5 small children showering/bathing at the same time. No issues with AC either. The only “complaint”, or advisory really, were the broken/loose back steps and a few pavers along the dock- manager was aware and repairs are supposed to be made. This is a conjoined/duplex unit and we never heard the neighbors while indoors. "
