While the weather didn't cooperate for our boating plans we found that the outside space (pool, hot tub and tiki bar) provided the relaxation and entertainment we were looking for. The area was quiet and we were able to walk to several restaurants nearby. Divina was a great host and did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our stay. The high point was the pool! We spent most of our time there. It was clean and refreshing on the hot Florida days. The location was beautiful, as well. Great location, and easy to get to. Beautiful back yard--much bigger than the pics give it credit for. Great communication with owner and so pleasant to work with. NO issues at all, everything included--even hair dryers in BOTH bathrooms! Cooked eggs and sausage outside on the black stone every morning, even has a fish cooler to keep you fresh catch! Perfect location, very quiet, lots of restaurants close by. The house was very clean, organized and offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool, hot tub, bar area and private fishing dock were very nice and well maintained. Also the commercial ice maker was a bonus! The owner provided excellent communication before and during our stay. There was a tropical storm while we were there and they checked on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. There was 6 of us so one couple had to stay on the pull out which wasn’t to comfortable but made do. We rented a pontoon and went fishing down near the 7 mile bridge. Caught some snapper and brought them back to the hose and cooed them up! They were delicious! Would definitely rent again. We did have neighbors the first night and the last night. Very friendly. The one thing I would suggest is putting a handle on the back sliding door as it was hard to open. Other then that beautiful place! ##### Kristina L. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Close to town for fun activities. When we were not downtown the backyard space was relaxing and fun with a very private feel to it. We had the best time staying at this beautiful property! The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the manatee off the dock. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the dock drinking our coffee and closing out the day with a glass of wine. The new black stone made it super easy to cook our fresh caught fish. We had a slight issue with the pool heater but Davina and Brian went out of their way to fix it and make it right. Within walking distance to some great restaurants. Great view from the pool and dock area. The only thing I didn't love was the pillowtop mattress. Those just aren't great for my back. But we would definitely stay here again. ##### Robin T. Everything about this stay was perfect. We loved the pool, especially my little almost 4 year old… he practically grew gills with all of the hours he spent swimming. The facilities make for a really enjoyable Time spent together. Being able to cook outside instead of being separated from your crew… watching the planes and the boats go by.
