Guest access

Your half of this duplex is all yours, with its own private entrance, and nothing outside is shared: the dock, hot tub, yard and driveway are yours alone. Self check-in with a lockbox. The living room, kitchen and both bedrooms are one flight of stairs up. Park 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer on site. For the Cabana Club, send us everyone's names before arrival, then check in by name at the club. No passes needed.

Neighborhood

Your dock sits on an ocean-side canal in Key Colony Beach, with ocean and backcountry fishing within minutes of leaving the canal. Guests call the area quiet, peaceful and good for families. Sunset Beach is a 6-min walk, and the Cabana Club (private beach, pool, whirlpool, tiki bar) about a 10-min walk. Marathon shops and restaurants are 5 min by car and Sombrero Beach 10 min. Day trips: Islamorada 40 min, Key Largo 1 hr, Key West 1 hr 10 min. Guests note the Cabana Club beach is rocky.

Getting around

A car makes it easy: Marathon shops, restaurants and airport are 5 min away, Key West 1 hr 10 min and Miami International about 2 hr 15 min. Sunset Beach (6 min) and the Cabana Club (about 10 min) are walkable. Park 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer on site; Key Colony Beach allows 1 trailer per home, so any extra goes to the city trailer lot. Guests have rented boats from a Key Colony marina and run them to the dock.

* A 3.9% fee of entire booking amount applies to ALL CANCELATIONS.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

* Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

*Boat trailers must not encroach on the public right-of-way. If necessary, trailers should be parked at the Key Colony Beach trailer lot. Please contact City Hall for current rates, availability, and specific parking regulations.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
