Wind down in your private pool, and outdoor cabana that includes a full kitchen, TV, and BBQ, overlooking a wide canal front with a 95ft concrete dock accompanying it with a Jet ski lift and a 10,000lb boat lift so you can launch your boat and sail off to Adam’s Waterway for a fishing getaway. The first-floor deck features a pool table, kid’s activities, two outdoor dining tables, bar, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a full bathroom. The main house features two substantial full bedrooms, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a balcony. \*\*As per Key Largo Local Law there is a minimum stay of 28 days, nothing less than that.
