Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
🚗 PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
👤 AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

This condo was a fantastic place, very clean, very well stocked with a great view, plenty of room and close to everything you want to do, recommend a golfcart for site seeing, I would definitely book this condo again
Our stay was perfect! The condo was just as advertised. Beds were comfortable, and view was excellent! Pool was nice and quiet. Easy to get around to all the sights in Key West! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our view from the large balcony. Emergency vehicles would get loud at times, but overall it was pleasant sitting there. The condo was plenty large. We had lots to do in our four days there.
The unit is clean and beautiful as is the pool area and dock. The location is very convenient with easy access to old town Key West, supermarkets and chain stores. We would definitely go back to this building for a return stay in the future.
They place was very nice, could use more linings and towels. Cockroaches were crawling all around, which wasPretty disgusting. Everyone was friendly though. I liked the location.

We had a great stay at Pelican Bay in Key West! It was us, our kids, and the grandparents. Felt we had ample space. Place was clean and updated. Locations was easy to access and a short drive or long walk from the old town. Was a bit loud outside on the balcony with US 1 right there, but inside nice and quiet. Pool was a great place to relax with the kids. Overall was great for our first trip to key west!
On a 10 day trip to escape rainy England, our first stop was Key West. We really enjoyed the two bedroom appartment in the Meadows. Our flat was on the third floor and we had a great view from our terrace overlooking the Marina. The apartment was very spacious with two en suite bathrooms. The kids very much enjoyed having access to a pool. The appartement was well equipped and we loved having dinner on the terrace. Kim was very responsive to our needs and ensured our stay was a great experience.
Everything was perfect! The only problem i had was im hot natured and air set at 70. But thats me lol. Everything was fine and there was a fan in the closet! The view over the marina was wonderful. Just know that you are a ways from Duvall. But golf cart, bike, or uber fixes that! Would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed the condo. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Duval, but still close enough that you can get to everything on foot if you're up for a walk. Every time we came "home", we commented on how incredible the view was from the full glass patio doors. The balcony is huge and overlooks the private pool and pier. Our condo was closest to the main road and Bayview Park, so we did hear traffic noise, sirens and the roosters started crowing really early in the morning, so bring earplugs or a sound machine, if you're a light sleeper! Kim was superb as a host and answered our questions quickly. The check-in and check-out process was easy and concise. We'd definitely stay here again.
They were doing maintenance on the building so the elevator was out the entire time we were there, however they did offer assistance helping us with luggage. The unit was very nice and comfortable but I did not research the location as well as I should have. The weather was still very hot and humid and was a little too far out to walk to Duval St. nd Mallory square so we had to Uber but that is my fault. The condo and the view was beautiful and I would definitely recommend it to others
The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Anthony was helpful and responsive to questions. It is next to a restaurant, but we found that helpful and a fun atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.
It was absolutely exactly as advertised, I have no complaints and only accolades. I was somewhat concerned based on previous reviews that the area was going to be somewhat noisy, this was absolutely not the case!! Perfect location to get anywhere in the Keys, even if you were walking. I highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Keys
