No accommodations could be made to have my condos close. They were far apart, it was a 10 minute walk to get to them. The condo had multiple stains on the carpet throughout the condo. Everything was very dated and old feeling! I even called the front desk to report the carpet and missing ski locker key. There were electricity issues and my son got shocked several times adjusting the AC and using the wallplug sockets in the bedroom. The phone cord and bed side lamp would surge and flicker on and off The deck of the condo was very soft and it would give and sag when I walked out in the deck!! There was very thick ice covering the entire walkway from the parking lot to the condo. No effort was made to remove the ice and it was very dangerous to get from the condo across this parking lot to my vehicle!! My stay was VERY dangerous overall. We tried turning all of them off using every thermostat we could find, it was still 90+ for hours. The only thing that fixed it is when the staff finally came (after I got a migraine from being in a sauna with my 3 kids for a couple hours trying to get dinner going) they just flipped the breakers to turn it off. We stayed two nights and they still didn't fix it by the end of it. The manager was very nice and waived some fees for us, so I do feel there was \*some\* compensation but it went from 90+f to 60f over the couple nights and our last morning we all had to bundle up for hours while trying to clean and pack up. Beautiful place, unclean hot tub, great staff, a very bittersweet time.
