Conveniently located on the Keystone Shuttle bus route (arriving every 20 minutes during ski season), as well as the bike path linking to the Summit County network, you are only a ½ mile to the Keystone River Run Gondola and just 5 miles to the Arapahoe Ski Basin area. In the winter, both downhill and cross-country skiing, as well as snowshoeing and ice skating, are all easily accessed from this upscale home. In the warmer months, fly-fishing is only steps from the deck, and the bike path is just across the road. Try golfing at altitude to see how far your ball flies, and horseback riding along a mountain trail is also available in Keystone. For canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and pontoon boat rentals, head to the mountain-backed Dillon Reservoir (9.5 miles). Epic hiking trails surround the townhome too, including the Keystone Gulch Trailhead (3 ½ miles) and the gorgeous Pass Lake (9 miles).
